Roy Klabin is the founder of Rosh Advisory. He has been coaching executives in the Tech & Finance sectors for the last five years - helping leaders refine their managerial style, ensuring teams collaborate better, and shaping cultures within dynamic companies.



Roy is a storyteller at heart. He spent years working as an investigate reporter & documentary filmmaker - interviewing politicians, soldiers, activists, and captains of industry alike. He consulted on political campaigns and corporate communication strategies, helping institutions refine their message & goals so they could more authentically connect with the public. 



Utilizing an approach centered on clarified questions, engaging challenges, and a focused structure of accountability - Roy helps clients tell their own story, so they can more readily decide what chapter of growth to write next. 



Roy is an honors graduate from the Columbia University School of Journalism, and the N.Y.U. Executive Coaching program - with a focus on Industrial Psychology & Behavioral Sciences.
